Of Allah's grace to the Human beings is that He has honored them with a sound and comprehensive system that guarantees them happiness in this world and the Hereafter. The provisions of Sharia law came to protect the Human beings from what harms them and to protect them from destruction and corruption. This is only achieved by achieving interests, avoiding evils, and preserving the mind among the great goals of Sharia law. Allah has stressed and mentioned in one of the Verses of the Holy Qura'n "O you who believe, verily wine, and games of chance, and idols, and divinatory arrows are an abomination of Satan's work; so avoid it, so that you might prosper" (Verse 90, Surat Al-Ma'ida). Undoubtedly, alcohol is one of the most dangerous diseases which destroys the mind, its addict does not differentiate between permissible and forbidden, and the one who succeeds is the one whom Allah protects and guides to all that is good and beneficial, and I discussed it in this research.
Allah is behind the intention, and may Allah's blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and all his companions. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
