The journal publishes scientific research after arbitration in accordance with the following rules:
- The author sends the research to the journal's website.
- The research is sent to two reviewers (double-blind) to review the manuscript according to the exact specialization of the research, with the author’s data hidden in order to ensure impartiality and objectivity.
- In case one or both of the reviewers request modifications, the author is contacted to make the concerned modifications and another modified copy of the research is to be resent to the reviewer(s) for approval of the publication. In this case, the researcher modifies what was requested without knowing the reviewer’s personality to ensure transparency and objectivity. In case of having of a different opinion, the research should be submitted to a third reviewer, whose opinion is conclusive, and reviewed by the editorial board, then the author of the research is notified of the opinion of the reviewers committee within two weeks from the date of receipt of the research.
- Journals ask reviewers to complete their reviews within two weeks, and a reminder is sent to the reviewers after these two weeks
- The reviewing process should be performed in accordance with scientific criteria, according to arbitration and reviewing form which is identical to the arbitration of research in scientific committees. Based on the degree given in this form, the validity of the research for publication is determined in one of the following ways:
- Fit for publication in its current form.
- Fit for publication after making the modifications contained in the report.
- Unfit for publication.
