The study discussed the deliberative textual criteria in the "Omar's Testament", which is the text of the book of peace that Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, gave to the people of AlQuds. And in it a covenant under which he undertakes to protect them and grant them freedom of worship and the practice of their usual lives, in exchange for their payment of tribute and entering into obedience to Muslims.The study explored the features of the text in the document with its semantic and cognitive dimensions and the availability of a number of criteria and combined factors that make the text an integrated whole, and acceptance occurs at the recipient, with a focus on linguistic and non-linguistic criteria in the study of the text, and the statement of compatibility of heritage texts with these rules, and the research plan begins Talking about Omar's document for the people of Jerusalem, then the concept of text and textuality, and clarifying the textual, linguistic and deliberative criteria in the light of the Omari document, as it represents a historical Islamic document that reveals the language of the text among the ancient Muslims. And one of the most important results of this research was the statement of Islamic morals in the event of victory, and the acceptability of the discourse among the recipients, which created peaceful coexistence with them and gave them security in return for paying tribute, and the presence of modern text standards appeared clearly in the text of the eternal document, and one of the recommendations of the research was the need to Orientalize the horizons of the study Textuality in more historical texts because it reveals the originality and coherence of the texts one hand, and shows the ways in which the intentions are manifested in the linguistic text on the other hand.
