The study aimed to investigate the level of Coping Competence, It also aims to explore the differences in the Coping Competence due to gender and the years of experience among Nursing Staff in Jazan. The survey descriptive method was used to verify the objectives of the study, and the coping competency scale prepared by (Schroder & Ollis 2013) translation and codification (Najmi, 2021) was applied to a sample of nursing Staff in Jazan, consisting of (221) individuals. The study concluded that the Nursing Staff have high level of Coping Competence, and there are statistically significant differences in the Coping Competence of nursing Staff due to gender and years of experience.
