I have presented this research, which is titled Iqala. This research is mainly concerned with providing a definition of this term through reviewing the doctrines of Islamic jurisprudents concerning this phenomenon. Furthermore, I have commented on each definition through indicating the most accurate one of them. Then, I tackled the evidences of this phenomenon from the Holy Quran, the Sunnah, and reasonable consensus points of view of the main Islamic jurisprudents concerning it. Additionally I indicated the terms and words which are relevant to Iqala and the wisdom of the legitimacy of Iqala. Then, this research ends with a conclusion including its important findings. Finally, this research is concluded with the most important sources and references that I relied on. Finally, all thanks and gratitude is for Allah, the Lord of all creatures.
