The study concluded by shedding light on political life in the Ilkhanid era through a brief presentation of the sultans of the Ilkhanid state from Abaqa Khan until the end of the rule of Sultan Abu Said Bahadur Khan and after him eight of the weak Ilkhanid sultans through the following research points:
The origin of the kings of the Ilkhanid state.
The establishment of the Ilkhanid state.
The Ilkhanids from Abaqa Khan to Baidu Khan.
The Ilkhanate since the rule of Ghazan, who was called Sultan Mahmoud Ghazan Khan, and those who came after him (694 – 703(
The collapse of the Ilkhanid state
Moreover, The study also monitored the literary life of that era, and pinpointed the extent to which the literary movement had reached.
