The aim of this research is to design a standardized tool for measuring the social skills of university students including and focusing mainly on three dimensions namely: assertiveness, empathy, and psychological resilience. The scale was standardized on a sample consisting of 200 male and female students, who were divided into 115 males and 85 females. Furthermore, the validity and reliability of the scale were confirmed.
