The study focused on identifying the areas suitable for establishing new fuel stations in the countryside of Mahalla Al-Kubra Center according to different criteria such as the current distribution of stations, indicating the areas with high efficiency, and the spatial variation in fuel storage capacity. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the objective approach, in addition to several methods, including cartography, geographic information systems, statistics, and field methods, and the study concluded with the most important results:
- The distribution of fuel stations is concentrated along roads or in areas with the highest traffic.
- Al-Banawan and Al-Shaheedy districts lead diesel sales, while Saft Turab and Mahalla Abu Ali districts lead gasoline sales. . The small area of the ranges of very high efficiency stations – - Limited areas of high suitability for establishing new stations.
