Abstract

This study is looking forward to highlighting the effect of precautions in the linguistic miracle signs in the Prophet’s Hadiths through studying the effect of the precautions in Al-Nawawi's[ Forty Prophetic Hadiths]. I have studied the methods of precautions and their association with completion and finishing, explaining key types of precautions in Al-Nawawi's Forty Prophetic Hadiths, his reasons, and motives to understand the vocabulary of the language which The Prophet (PBUH) used rather than other vocabulary. For this purpose, I counted for their study on the descriptive analytical- method. This research is divided into an introduction, two topics, and a conclusion, which reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The limits of precaution, completion and finishing are overlapped in view of the scholars of rhetoric. Precaution as a term is not innovative in the language; rather, it is old and is repeatedly used by the Quran's interpreters, linguists, and scholars of rhetoric. Besides, precaution in the Prophetic Tradition is one example of the miracle rhetorical signs and it has its own various signs of speech.
