The Maliki school of thought is one of the most famous and respected Islamic schools of thought in Islamic jurisprudence, but many scholars have spread accusations about it of stripping its jurisprudence of evidence. The aim of this is to renew the call for the necessity of reviving the method of proof in the Maliki school of thought, whether in dealing with abstract abbreviations, in search of proof for them, or even with the works that mentioned proof, by correcting reasoning and not limiting it to textual textual evidence only, but rather using reasoning. mental; Because it is one of the aspects of pampering the branches.

As it contains multiple sciences, including rulings, transcription, interpretation, readings, parsing, and others, and thus it is a great work and widespread goodness.
Through this interpretation, I addressed the issue of evidence for rulings, which Al-Mahdawi summarized in his interpretation, because of its importance in Islamic jurisprudence in general, and Maliki jurisprudence in particular
