"Abqariyat Omar" "Genius of Omar" by Al-Akkad: A Pragmatic Study

In the introduction, the research dealt with the title, its objectives, and the reason for choosing it, then an overview of Al-Aqqad, then it dealt with the most prominent points related to the title, such as the definition of pragmatics: a language, and a term, and its emergence in the arms of Western scholars and Arab scholars.
This study consists of an introduction, preface, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction clarifies the plan of the study, and determines its methodology. The preface includes the origin of pragmatics in Arabic studies and western studies, the definition of pragmatics, and the relation between pragmatics and other sciences. The first chapter tackles "Abqariyat Omar" or (the Genius of Omar) of entailment. The second chapter presents the genius of Omar of speech acts. The third chapter highlights the genius of Omar of conversational implicatures. The conclusion includes the findings of the thesis and research in the field of linguistic.
Pragmatics in the Arab heritage is necessary to demonstrate the cognitive extensions of the Arabic code, especially since the pragmatic approach has its roots in the depth of Arabic linguistic theory. The speech verbs which has Arab fundamentals and basics  that were shown clearly in the works of Gahez, Sakkaky, Abdel-Qaher Eljorjany and sebawah’s as rhehtoris means speech verbs for the Arabs with different name.         
The research concluded with a number of sources and references that contributed to the making of this research.
