Abstract

The phenomenon of construction in Arabic is related to the end of the word, and the word, as is common, is the noun, the verb, and the letter, and the construction comes in exchange for parsing, and the function of parsing is to determine the syntactic meaning of the word, and the syntactic or grammatical meanings are subject, object, and addition, and these grammatical meanings are determined with what came in construction by looking at the location. , or stores.

According to Ibn Jinni, construction is: the end of a word being bound by a single form of silence or movement, not due to any factor that brought about that.

The research dealt with an overview of Ibn al-Khayyat and his poetry, then detailed the meaning of the structure linguistically and idiomatically in ancient and modern texts through sources and references that mentioned the structure, its purposes, types, and divisions,
