The current research aim to reveal the differences between males and females with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in both achievement and motivation. The research sample consisted of (50) children, aged (8-12) years, of average intelligence in (Adwa Common Primary School - Railway School - New Adwa School), Sharq Educational Administration, Fayoum Governorate. The research tools included: the Binet Fifth Picture Scale (translated by Safwat Farag), the Academic Achievement Scale (the child’s total grades in the first term), the Achievement Motivation Scale, and also the Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Test (ADHDT). The results of the current research resulted in the disappearance of differences between The two groups (males and females) in academic achievement, which indicates that the two groups are equal in the level of academic achievement. It also resulted in the disappearance of differences between the two groups (males and females) in motivation to achieve, whether at the level of the total score or the dimensions, which indicates that the two groups are equal in the level of motivation to achieve.
