Problematic of the patriarchal system in novel "Symphony of the dead "Maaroufi and"purple hibiscus " Nigerian narrator "Adichie"

Abstract

The patriarchal system is a societal structure and a distinct physiology dominating the family tribe authority  and society. This system is a hierarchal relationship test on irrational domination and submission in contrary to the structure of civil society and respect for human rights.
 
The patriarchal system is based on autocratic and authoritarian tendency that could lead to conflicting reactions,it either leads to an excess submission to the autocrat ,ortotal rejection and rebellion against the authority.such system confiscates the freedom and doesnot permit dialogue and understanding among the family and society as well as rejecting the dialogue between the people and the authority , it means _it can cancel the policy.
The authoritarian regime also strengthens bureaucratic organization, Which is based on repression,, obedience, and submission, turning people into mere machines without effective personalities, usurping their rights and humiliating them.by doing so, people become restrained by chains of ignorance, fear and servility, and they lose the trust and mutual respect with each other.
We will study the problematic of patriarchal system in novel "Symphony of the dead "for a Abass Maaroufi and novel "Purple hibiscus” for Nigerian narrator chimamanda ngozi adichie.
