Abstract

This study attempts to identify the most significant natural attractions based on the nationality of the tourists mainly by examining the location, the topography, the climate, and the natural resources of those attractions.
This research primarily adopts the descriptive-analytical approach and employs both the fundamental and behavioral approaches. Various methods are utilized including; fieldwork, quantitative, cartography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing. This study also reveals several key findings including;

strong spatial relationships with the eastern region of Egypt, directly connecting to Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria and maintaining strong spatial links with European countries.
The coastline, seawater, and diving activities and how they are the primary attractions of tourism, particularly among Spaniards and French visitors in Sharm El-Sheikh, Italians in Dahab and both Italians and Ukrainians in Nuweiba and Taba.
Climate and how it is not the primary factor in attracting tourists.
Winter and why it is the most favorable season for foreign tourists, with Russians ranking th highest due to our moderate climate even in winter.
Summer and how it is the peak season for Egyptians and Arab tourists.
