The Electronic Bayān Al-Islām Encyclopedia: Definition and Its Role in Islamic Da'wah

Abstract

             This research attempts to emphasize on an electronic application known as the Bayan Al-Islam Encyclopedia, highlighting its significance role in the Islamic da'wah. Since this application is deemed as one of the fruitful outcomes of the efforts made by preachers in the digital realm, thereupon this paper introduces the application by outlining its definition, source, mission, and objectives, and then delves into its da'wah-related contributions. Also, it examines the categories of audiences targeted by the application, the topics presented for non-Muslims, as well as those directed toward new Muslims. Besides, the study outlines the means and methods of da'wah employed within the application.
