Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of spiritual intelligence and Occupational Hardness, as well as the relationship between them. It also sought to explore the possibility of predicting the degree of Occupational Hardness through the degree of spiritual intelligence among female student Guides at the General Administration of Education in the Jazan region. To achieve the research aims, a descriptive correlational approach was used. The Spiritual Intelligence Scale (prepared by the researchers) and the Occupational Hardness Scale (translated by Al-Safhi Al-Dabaa, 2016) were applied to a sample of (208) female student Guides. The data were analyzed using a one sample T-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed a high level of spiritual intelligence and Occupational Hardness, as well as a statistically significant positive correlation at a significance level of (0.01) between spiritual intelligence and Occupational Hardness. Finally, the results demonstrated the possibility of predicting the degree of Occupational Hardness through the degree of spiritual intelligence among female student Guides at The General Administration of Education in Jazan Region.
