Classroom Management Skills and its Relationship with Psychological Exhaustion among Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of classroom management skills and psychological exhaustion, and to investigate the relationship between classroom management skills and psychological exhaustion, and verifying the possibility of predicting the degree of psychological exhaustion through the degree of classroom management skills among kindergarten teachers at the education administration of Jazan. The descriptive approach was used, as the study sample consisted of (141) kindergarten teachers at the education administration of Jazan, It was selected by Random method, In order to achieve the research’s aims, and examine the hypotheses; the scales of classroom management skills and psychological exhaustion was used. The researcher also used (SPSS) to process the data analysis using, Pearson correlation coefficient, one sample T-test, Multiple Regression Analysis  .The results showed that there were high level of classroom management skills and psychological exhaustion. The results also indicated that there was a statistically significant relationship between classroom management skills (general scale and sub scale) and psychological exhaustion (general scale and sub scale), and the possibility of predicting psychological exhaustion through classroom management skills among kindergarten teachers at the education administration of Jazan.
